FuseMail Spam/Virus Filtering (To be discontinued October 2018)

NOTE: Beginning in October 2018 FuseMail will be phased out of use.

FuseMail is a third-party service that provides comprehensive email filtering for virus, spam, and malware.

FuseMail provides reliable spam and virus filtering but offers little in the way of granular control to the end user. Other than its filtering capabilities, the most popular feature of FuseMail is its twice daily email digest of all quarantined messages, which allows each user to quickly search for false positives (good email held as spam) and easily release those messages for delivery.

When a possible legitimate message (false positive) gets quarantined and shows up in the list the option exists to Preview the message to see if it is spam or not, as well as to Release the message for delivery to the inbox.

At any time an end user can login to the FuseMail Control Panel (Login to control panel) to view the most recently quarantined messages.
